Bow Head

 

We got out all of the lights and ornaments and we decorated our Christmas tree this weekend. Gavin found an old bow and put it on his head....He just laughed when I said bows were for GIRLS!

Thankful

 

Gabe and Gavin had a turkey luncheon at their school and we enjoyed hearing them sing and watching them perform. We all have so much to be thankful for. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Target practice

McDonald's latest happy meal toy is a Nerf launcher. Which meant
that it was time for the boys to learn target practice. We lined up
the target blocks and I taught the boys how to lay down and take aim.
Then, "fire away!".

As the game progressed, we moved the target back farther and started
keeping score. I think we might need real Nerf for Christmas...

The band got bigger

My cousin came to visit with her three children a week ago, and almost as soon as they came in, Gabe enlisted his cousins into joining his rock band. Drums and guitars were passed out and the song of choice was 'All you need is love'. Needless to say, the performance rocked.

Trick or Treating

The boys had a great time trick or treating even though it was quite rainy and cold. They got too much candy but enjoyed knocking on all of the doors and seeing other children dressed up. They loved those furry mustaches and have been begging to wear them since the Mario and Luigi costumes arrived. Gabe asked for a pirate jack-o-lantern, so that's what we made.
